The dual head is ideally weighted for pounding out cutlets without tearing them. Use toothy side to break through & soften the muscle & use flat side to flatten the meat. The perfectly balanced aluminium head & soft grip handle absorbs pressure to allow less risk of your hand tiring when preparing large batches.
